A Plus Market x Big Thick Energy for Midsumma Festival

We are so thrilled to be joining Big Thick Energy for two big juicy nights at Midsumma Festival! Come hang out with us on Friday 10 February and Saturday 11 February for two lush, saucy evenings at the Malthouse Outdoor Theatre.

We’re bringing along some of your fave local size inclusive brands, as well as some legendary creators and makers. We hear there’s going to be some exclusive drops as part of these events… stay tuned to our socials for sneak peeks!

Shop from some of your faves while you hang with us for an intimate, queer, debaucherous weekend of body posi performances, slam poetry and drag.

Where can I get tickets?

You can snap up tickets to both or either night at the Malthouse Theatre website. These are moving FAST, so pick yours up before they sell out!

Which brands and creators will be there?

Aw shucks, we can’t tell you yet! But stay tuned to our socials for all the deets in late Jan. It’s going to be thickkkk, hot, queer as hell, and saucy. We’re bloody excited, and we reckon you will be too.

I can’t quite afford a ticket right now. Can I just come and shop?

We get you! You’re welcome to join us from 3pm-6pm on Saturday 11 Feb, we’ll be opening the Malthouse doors to the public to shop from our stalls. Come on down.

Can I host a stall for this event?

Stalls are all locked in for this event. This event is exclusively brands and creators (join us in March for all the preloved goodness!) and the A Plus gals have curated the lineup.

Is the event inside or outside?

It’s both! Performances and around half of the market stalls will be outside, as well as food trucks and a bar for all your bevvie needs. Inside will be more market stalls, a bar, and bathrooms. If you’re heading to any workshops, they’ll also be inside.

Is there parking nearby?

There’s some street parking near the Malthouse Theatre, and you can also grab a tram from the CBD.

What are your COVID protocols?

Yep, Covid is still a big risk and we are not into it. We’ll have masks available at our merch desk on both days, in case you want to wear one and forget yours. We will also have hand sanitiser on deck. If you’re not feeling well or have been exposed to Covid in the week leading up to the event, we ask that you don’t come along this time. We’ll see you next time!
